Privacy Policy

TL;DR

GTOPulse does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. All progress, stats, and settings live on your device. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising IDs, or third-party trackers.

What we don't collect

No account creation. No login. No email capture.
No analytics or tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Segment, no Facebook SDK, no anything.
No advertising IDs (IDFA, GAID).
No usage telemetry.
No location data.
No camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or health data access.

What stays on your device

GTOPulse stores your progress locally using your browser/device's standard localStorage mechanism. This includes:

Career bankroll, lifetime winnings, and venues cleared
Your hand history (every hand played, decisions made, GTO deviations)
Stats and leak detection results
Trainer settings (counting system, decks, speed)
Whether you've seen the welcome modal

This data never leaves your device. We have no servers that receive it. You can clear it any time via the in-app "Reset career" or "Clear history" buttons, or by clearing your browser/app storage.

Third-party services

The web version loads the following from public CDNs:

Google Fonts (Fraunces, Inter, JetBrains Mono) — privacy policy
Three.js library from jsDelivr CDN (used for the optional 3D character avatars) — privacy policy

These CDNs may log IP addresses per their own privacy policies. We have no agreement with them to receive any such logs. The native iOS app bundles its fonts and libraries locally and contacts no servers in normal use.

Children

GTOPulse is rated 17+ and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. The app simulates card games for entertainment and education only — no real money is wagered.

Your rights

Because we don't collect any data, we don't have any data to give you, delete, or transfer. Local data on your device is fully under your control:

Delete: "Reset career" or "Clear history" buttons in-app, or clear browser/app storage
Export: Use your browser's developer tools or device backup to inspect localStorage
Portability: Not applicable — there's no data to port

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be flagged in-app on next launch.
