TL;DR

GTOPulse simulates card games for entertainment and education. No real money, no warranties, use at your own risk. 17+. By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. What GTOPulse is

GTOPulse is a single-player card game simulator and trainer covering blackjack, Texas Hold'em, and card-counting practice. It does not involve real-money wagering of any kind. All chip values are fictional and have no monetary worth. Nothing in the app can be redeemed for goods, services, or currency.

2. Who can use it

GTOPulse is intended for users aged 17 or older. The app contains simulated gambling content. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to view simulated card-game content.

3. Strategy advice — no warranty

GTOPulse provides strategy hints, including basic strategy for blackjack, card-counting indices (Hi-Lo, KO, Hi-Opt I, Omega II), and game-theory-optimal recommendations for poker. These are mathematically derived but provided without warranty.

GTOPulse is an educational tool. We make no representation that using it will make you a winning player at real-money poker, blackjack, or any other game. We are not responsible for any decisions made on the basis of this app or any losses incurred at real card tables.

4. Intellectual property

The GTOPulse software, design, branding, code, and content are owned by VentureLK LLC. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or rebrand the app.

5. No real-money gambling

GTOPulse is not a gambling app. We do not facilitate or promote real-money wagering. Career-mode "buy-ins" and "cash-outs" are fictional and have no monetary value. The app cannot be used to gamble, cannot connect to real-money sites, and does not promote any specific real-money operator.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect nothing, everything stays on your device.

7. Limitation of liability

GTOPulse is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureLK LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
